So average BAD nite: you drink 1 bottle of wine 505cals ( or 3 regular pops) , snack 6 inch a sub 400 cals, half a  BIG bag of chips 500 cals, late nite meal pizza slices ( keep in mind its a medium so the slices are small) 1,066 cals=2,471 cals!! Thats more than the average persons daily limit.

good nite:
no wine, drink straight coke zero =0 cals, foot long no fat sub 562, full bag of popcorn 150 cals + veggies, need a late nite snake =712
